On the Father's care

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground outside your Father’s care. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.”

Our Father, who is in heaven,

Thank you for the love you have for me.

Thank you for calling me beloved.

Thank you for thinking the best of me,

despite seeing all that is within me.

May I enter into the care you have for me,

and relinquish the anxiety that tries to consume me.
