On laying aside control

“Going a little farther, he fell with his face to the ground and prayed, ’My Father, if it is possible, may this cup be taken from me. Yet not as I will, but as you will.’”

Yet not as I will

Exhale
But as you, O God, will

Our Father who is in Heaven,

Your name be honored as holy.
Your Kingdom come, Your will be done.
On earth as it is in heaven.
May my kingdom fall, and may my will bow before yours.
May my agendas be ruffled and interrupted by your kindness.
May I relinquish control and find peace in You because You are good to me.
